Coaching for everyone, at every level

Beginners

Walking into a gym for the first time can feel overwhelming. You might not know where to start, what the equipment does, or whether you’re doing it right. That’s completely normal, and you don’t need any experience to train with me.

Our first sessions are about getting you comfortable, with no pressure to lift heavy or keep up with anyone. I’ll show you around, explain what everything does, and we’ll start on the cable machines. They guide your movement and let you raise the weight in small steps, so you can learn how good form should feel before we move on.

From there, we build gradually. Together we’ll move on to free weights, and I’ll explain how and why to use each one. I’ll correct your technique, answer every question and make sure you feel supported. My aim is for you to feel confident training in any gym.

Intermediate

You’ve built a routine, you know your way around the gym and you’re comfortable under a bar. But maybe your progress has slowed, or you’re not sure your training is taking you anywhere in particular. This is where a more focused plan helps.

Together we’ll set a clear goal, whether that’s building strength, adding muscle, improving your fitness or getting ready for an event. Then I’ll design a programme around it. We’ll spend more time on free weights and technical lifts like squats, deadlifts and presses. I’ll break each one down so you can lift heavier, move better and train safely. Alongside that, we’ll add the right type of aerobic training to improve your conditioning and recovery without holding back your strength.

Every session has a purpose, and I’ll track your progress so we can adjust things as you improve. I’ll explain the reason for each exercise as well as how to do it, so you can keep making steady, measurable progress.

Experienced

You already train hard and know what you’re doing. At this level, progress comes from the details: good programming, refined technique and coaching tailored to what you’re working towards.

Whether you’re preparing for a bodybuilding show, a powerlifting meet or a Hyrox race, training for a sport, or mastering calisthenics skills, I’ll build your training around your goal. We’ll sharpen specific movements, build strength, power and conditioning, and refine the details of your technique.

If you’re competing on stage, that includes posing coaching. I can also bring different training styles together, so you become a well-rounded athlete rather than strong in just one area.

Whatever you’re training for, I’ll bring structure, accountability and an experienced eye to every session. We’ll track your progress, review what’s working and make the small adjustments that matter at this level.

01

Assess

We’ll start with a relaxed chat about what you want to achieve, what you’ve tried before and what’s held you back. Then I’ll watch you move and lift so I can see exactly where you are right now. There’s no judgement; it’s simply a starting point.

02

Coach

Every exercise I give you has a reason behind it and I’ll always explain what it is. During each session I’ll guide your technique and give you simple feedback you can use straight away, so you improve every time you train.

03

Progress

We’ll keep track of your progress and check in on the things that matter most to you. If something stops working, we’ll change it. If it’s working, we’ll stick with it.
